We are the Champions!!!!

We had our final Little League Football game on Monday! It was against Dixie....I've said before, any day you beat Dixie is a good day! It was kind of a rough game, they made the first touchdown in the first quarter, then we followed it up in the second! Neither team made their extra point. We went into the 1/2 6-6. In the second half our team played tough, but to no avail. We went into OT, giving each team a chance at the 10 yd./4 down scrimmage. Dixie was up first. We held them until the 4th down when it looked like a touchdown would be made, but the ball had luckily bounced before the Dixie player caught it. No good! Then we were up....in the 3rd down we were inches away from the goal line and as Skyler put it.........we ran it right up the Center's butt! Football lingo???? I still have lots to learn!

They always say that Skyler is Sam's albino twin!

Skyler wanted so badly to head to In and Out after the game, so we ran over there for a burger after the game. While celebrating with the Carty's, Skyler recieved a phone call from Coach Griffin! He made the All Star team! So.........Football isn't officially over for us this year!
