Jaycie turns 16 in two weeks! Her first dance that she will be allowed to go to with a date will be Sadie's!! She decided to ask her friend Jake! She was very creative in making up the invitation!
First she placed fortune cookies in the microwave to soften them up. She took out the fortune and replaced them with her own!
Here are some cookies. Yummy, warm, crisp, and gold,They're your first clue to Sadies...Your future they hold.
Inside each cookie held a paper when put together they said....
Go To Your Room!
On the door of his room was this clue. He had to find 5 circled letters in the newspaper in his room! That shouldn't be very hard!!!

Yes, there was paper EVERYWHERE! She wall papered his room with newspaper top to bottom. All exept the ceiling. She even crumpled it up all over the floor!
The 5 letters he found were P I A N O!
In between the piano keys he found this clue!
This was the final clue that he found in his pantry!
Along with the ball below!
The ball contained the letters of her name......hopefully he figured it out and doesn't end up answering some other girl named Shayce Jotweill!
It was fun!! I will post the answer when it comes!!

Wow! That is way more creative than anything I came up with in Highschool! That newspaper looked like HARD work!
It was kind of hard work, but only took an hour and a half........so not too bad. She asked for me to help, so we had a good system going! This being a mom of teenagers is a blast!
how fun, it totally brings back memories of dances!! i loved the creative asking/answering. i'm excited to hear how he answers back. :)
